Golf is a big thing in Angus and they dont come much bigger than the links course at Carnoustie. The Carnoustie Golf Hotel is just as well known and the main bilding casts a famous shadow over the course itself. And if golf isnt your thing then there is an endless list of attractions and activities withing close proximity. The hotel itself is charming with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. Dundee is close by and can be easily accessed by both private and public transport.

The Invercarse Hotel is part of the Best Western group and is situated about 2 miles from Dundee city centre in the very fashionable West End. The hotel achieves that strange mix of feeling warm and friendly (much like a well run B&B) whilst having all the facilities of a large chain including an excellent restaurant with stunning views of the sprawling gardens and river tay as well as two bars and conference and buisness facilities. Each bedroom is ensuite and has its own unique decor with televison and free WiFi. A perfect hotel for those wanting to be far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre to get a great nights sleep whilst still close enough to be causing the hustle and bustle when the mood take you!
